1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do reside personally upon my Cure & in my vicarage House & I have neither Curate nor Lecturer.

2. Other benefices: I have but one.

3. Divine service at other churches: I do not perform Divine Service at any Church besides my Own.

4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd twice every Sunday with a Sermon both in ye morning & Afternoon.

5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of ye Lords Supper is administred four Times in ye year & ye Number of Communicants between twenty & Thirty.

6. Catechising of children: The youth are catechised between Easter & Whitsunday.

7. Church fabric: Both Church & Chancel are in good Repair & all Things decent for divine Service.

8. Glebe terrier: I have a Terrier according to ye Tenor of ye 87 Canon.

9. Number of families: The Number of Families is between Ninety & a Hundred.

10. Chapels: I have no Chapel in my parish.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: I have neither Papist nor Meeting House in my Parish.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: I have neither School, Hospital, nor Library but I have a charitable Endowment which is properly applied every year.

13. Charity: I have neither Lands Tenements or other Benefactions for charitable Uses left in my parish.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was admitted into Priest Orders in ye year one Thousand seven hundred & fifty nine, & was instituted to my Vicarage in ye year one Thousand seven Hundred & Sixty one.
